At the event we can discuss postpartum care from a mom’s point of view, have a little quiz with informative, revealing and sometimes funny questions, and talk about ways to empower yourself as a soon- to- be mom to minimize stress during the postpartum period and create a sense of emotional ease on multiple levels, allowing more space for mother-baby attachment and bonding.
